Position Summary
The Budtender works one-on-one with guests to recommend products that best match their needs. Responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience through friendly, outgoing service, strong communication skills, and fluency in all products.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a staff member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions.
While performing the functions of this job, a Staff Member must walk, stand, or remain stationary during the entire shift. The staff member is regularly exposed to strong cannabis odors and frequently required to handle cannabis products. Staff Members must be able to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe with the potential for slipping or tripping. Staff Members must frequently wash their hands and lift or move up to 35 pounds.

Our shifts run from 8:15am-9:45pm, usually in 6-8 hour increments almost daily.
